Real Estate Sales Agent Opportunity – Lakeland & Surrounding Central Florida

Are you a licensed real estate agent who wants more consistent appointments, less uncertainty, and a faster path to closings?

The EmpowerHome Team is expanding in Lakeland and surrounding Central Florida markets, and we are currently looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who want to plug into a proven system that provides real opportunities — not just leads.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments
Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
Build trust and guide clients through real estate transactions
Follow proven sales and follow-up systems
Convert appointments into signed agreements
Deliver high-level service throughout the transaction process
Participate in coaching and training to improve performance

Qualifications:

This role is best suited for agents who are:

Licensed Florida Real Estate Agents (required)
Motivated to increase income and production
Comfortable meeting with clients and having real conversations
Coachable and open to following proven systems
Professional, consistent, and results-driven
Looking for structure, support, and opportunity
