**Standard Job Description** In this role you will: Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration. Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company as interface with Customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives. Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer concerns related to Company performance. Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions. Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract-related activities and verify compliance. Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. May plan and participate in training of contract practices within Company. Collect contractual data and compiles reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. + Contracts, proposals, or any other finance experience **Desired Skills** + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to support and achieve business goals and a desire to help grow the business and gain efficiencies to improve program performance. + Skilled at independent learning and research. + Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written (clear and concise), verbal,and presentation, to effectively communicatebusiness cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, aswell as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action. + Experience evaluating and complying with FARand DFARS clauses and provisions. + 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
