DLF Law Group represents a variety of creditors, including banks, credit unions, health care organizations, insurance companies, medical providers, auto lenders, and a variety of other commercial entities. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Tennessee team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality legal services in our fast‑paced environment. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively Comfortable working with legal software Ability to handle negotiations Strong analytical and research skills Licensed to practice law in Tennessee Responsibilities: Represent clients in initial appearances, pre‑trial conferences, motions, scheduling conferences, hearings, trials, and post‑judgment matters Engage in settlement negotiations Maintain communications with clients Coordinate with local counsel Oversee due diligence on both pre‑ and post‑judgment matters Draft and review legals briefs, correspondence, pleadings, and other documents Travel to various courts throughout Tennessee and manage all aspects of a case's litigation lifecycle Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Health insurance Vision insurance Basic life insurance & LTD Paid time off & paid holidays 401(k) with matching Pay: Salary will be commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DLF Law Group, LLC
