Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships, offering both couples therapy and individual sessions as needed. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to establish clients’ unique therapeutic goals.

• Providing evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families in areas such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency issues.
\n
• Psychological and physical abuse recovery.

• Grief and loss management.
\n
• Conflict resolution within families, including hesitation among siblings.

• Reconnecting estranged family members.
\n
• Addressing job-related stressors and their impact on family dynamics.

• Navigating medical and health issues affecting mental well-being.

• Supporting blended families through transitions like remarriage and adjusting to step-family dynamics.

• Guiding clients through separation and divorce, including adjustment and post-relationship issues.

• Facilitating improved mother-daughter communication and relationships.

• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records to track treatment outcomes effectively.

• Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve adult clients, alongside children and adolescents, presenting a rich spectrum of therapeutic opportunities. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials and skills:
