Ryder is Now Urgently Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Marion, VA! Earn $1,500 per Week - $3,500 Loyalty Bonus $3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Quarterly Safety Bonus \n

• Earn $1,500 per week
\n
• Solo miles pay: 52 CPM - 55 CPM with 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
\n
• Solo stops pay: $19.05 per stop with 3 - 7 stops per week
\n
• Sign-on bonus: Pays you $3,000; $1,500 at 30 days, $1,500 at 90 days.
\n
• Loyalty bonus: pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year
\n
• Safety bonus: pays you $500 every quarter
\n
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
\n
• Route: Regional
\n

• Schedule: Sunday - Friday
\n
• Start time: AM dispatch
\n
• Nights out: 4 - 5 times per week
\n
• Delivery Solo To: East of Kansas
\n
• Tractor Type: Sleeper
\n
• Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van, Curtain-side, Flatbed
\n
• Freight: Touch – molding and building products
\n
• Load Securement: Straps and bungee down
\n
• Tarping machine on site!
\n

• Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected

• Valid Class A CDL
\n
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
\n
• Must have 1 year of Flatbed experience
\n
• Minimum 21 years of age
\n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
\n
• No automatic transmission restriction
\n
