Highlights Pay : $41.36 - $100.00/Hourly Location : Jamaica Plain, MA Facility : Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. Schedule : Per Diem, Rotating What You'll Do Plan and provide patient care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. Manage patients by assuming full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Demonstrate initiative and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. Assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model. Adhere to all I.C.A.R.E standards. Show evidence of basic analytic thinking necessary for patient care. Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities. Function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills. Apply hospital standards in service, teamwork, and time/priority management.
