Join Our Team as a General Manager! Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence? B & J Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee our bar and restaurant in Garwood, NJ. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment. Daily Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Oversee food quality and consistency to meet company standards Lead restaurant management team in achieving goals and objectives Ensure high quality of service and guest satisfaction Maintain ServSafe certification and uphold food safety and sanitation standards Required Skills: Proven experience in restaurant operations and management Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality guest service Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development Knowledge of cost management and financial accountability Experience in complaint resolution and customer service Guest Relations Front of House New Restaurant Openings Labor Cost Management Nice to Have Skills: Experience in cash management and reimbursement processes Proficiency in interviewing and staffing procedures Strong math skills for financial analysis and reporting Background in retail or accounting High School Diploma or equivalent Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $90,000.00, along with long-term disability coverage and opportunities for career growth within the company.
