This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll lead a two-person team, ensuring that every heating and air conditioning system is installed with precision and care. This position includes new construction HVAC installation projects.

From guiding your team member to finishing projects efficiently, you'll be the cornerstone of our installation process. Your leadership and technical skills will ensure our customers in the Metro Detroit area enjoy the comfort and reliability they deserve.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience as a lead installer
• Ability to install a furnace and air conditioning unit on your own
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
