KēSTA I.T is actively seeking a Software Developer for an immediate contract engagement with our client.

Job Description :

We Are Seeking a Software Developer to configure, customize, enhance, and support an enterprise IT service management (ITSM) platform. This position will work closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to translate service-management requirements into effective workflows, business rules, forms, automation, integrations, dashboards, reports, and service catalog solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise ITSM environments and a strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL practices. Experience with platforms such as Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities:

· Partner with business users and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable ITSM solutions.

· Configure and enhance workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, business objects, dashboards, reports, and automated processes.

· Develop and support service-management capabilities across Service Request, Service Catalog, Incident, Change and Release, and Knowledge Management functions.

· Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and other supported integration technologies.

· Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, data, and platform-related issues and implement appropriate resolutions.

· Develop operational reports, analytics, dashboards, and other reporting solutions to support service-management activities.

· Utilize SQL for reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, and system support; contribute to reporting solutions such as SSRS when applicable.

· Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflow diagrams, deployment procedures, and change or release documentation.

· Support application testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demonstrations, environment promotions, production deployments, and post-production validation.

· Participate in change-management activities, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes, and manage platform changes from request through implementation and closure.

· Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, developers, and other technical teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

· Work within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD or DevOps environments, including sprint planning, iterative development, testing, and coordinated releases.

· Assist with ongoing platform administration, maintenance, enhancements, and operational support.

· Manage multiple priorities while maintaining established development, documentation, security, and delivery standards.

· Perform additional technical assignments and support activities as needed.

Required Skills

· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.

· At least 2 years of experience working with ITSM workflows, business rules, forms, service catalog functionality, reporting, dashboards, and automation.

· 2+ years of experience with JavaScript in an application development, configuration, or automation environment.

· 2+ years of experience with SQL, including querying, reporting, troubleshooting, or data analysis.

· 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs and JSON for integrations or data exchange.

· 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps delivery practices.

· Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts, including Incident Management, Service Requests, Change and Release Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog processes.

· Experience with Ivanti ITSM or Ivanti Neurons for ITSM/ITAM is highly desired, including familiarity with enterprise platform configuration and object models.

· Experience with at least one comparable enterprise ITSM platform, such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, may be considered in place of direct Ivanti experience.

· Experience developing, packaging, versioning, promoting, and releasing configurations or applications within low-code/no-code enterprise platforms.

· Strong SQL Server reporting experience; SSRS experience is preferred.

· Familiarity with environment management, testing, deployment, release coordination, and post-production validation.

· Understanding of ITIL-based service-management practices; ITIL certification is preferred.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA professionals, developers, vendors, business users, and technical teams.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when required.
