Production / Machine Operator

Pay Rate/Range: $15-16/hr

Description: Seeking Production Workers for a local growing manufacturing facility. The Production Worker is responsible for operating and monitoring industrial machinery to ensure efficient and safe production of materials. Duties include setting up machines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Operators must follow all safety protocols and production guidelines to meet company standards for quality and output. We are hiring immediately for these Production Worker roles, please apply today!

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety documents
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Shift/Schedule: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am with a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off
