Requirements

• Current training and education in laboratory practices
• Ability to maintain acceptable accuracy in patient testing
• Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis and interpretation
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform tests requiring limited skill under supervision
• Maintain quality assurance and competency in testing
• Utilize clinical knowledge to report lab data
• Practice organizational skills efficiently for material and time management
• Support team members with information sharing and resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned
