What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home use
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency to ensure safe at-home treatment
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Document training progress, patient outcomes, and treatment details
• Manage a patient training load of 2–3 sessions per day

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules

• Home health or chronic care experience
