What You Get To Do:

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support positive direction instruction and assistance to individuals with mental intellectual & developmental and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Support safety dignity independence and personal growth.
Assist with daily living mobility hygiene housekeeping and laundry.
Provide encouragement and complete required documentation.

Qualifications :

What Makes You A Great Fit:

At least 18 years old
Valid drivers license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance
Dependable compassionate adaptable and team-oriented
Basic communication computer and documentation skills
Ability to pass required background clearance
