Tax Internship (Spring 2027) Bowers Accountants & Advisors is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the best interns across our firm and business service groups. We are looking for highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented interns who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our tax team for the 2027 Tax Internship Season. Internship Details Spring season (February - April 15th) Flexible hours to accommodate student schedules No sponsorship available Responsibilities Be part of the Tax team and learn the business of Tax Plan and prepare Tax services as directed by our Tax Staff Collaborate with our Tax Accountants for support and learning opportunities Become familiar with and effectively utilize software in assigned areas Communicate concise and accurate project status updates Key Objectives Approach daily responsibilities with the Bowers mission and client‑centric philosophy in mind Learn about Tax processes and policies Demonstrate professional nature and communication skills Develop the ability to identify, understand, and address accounting issues Actively participate in firm outings and activities as able Qualifications Active enrollment and major in Accounting or Finance Interest in pursuing a career in public accounting Preferably pursuing the 120-150 credit‑hour academic requirement toward CPA eligibility Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Benefits Our compensation package includes base salary and benefits.
