Location: Carlsbad, CA (Onsite)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Client Experience Associate to join a growing Client Experience Department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in customer service, administration, and property management. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties in support of Community Association team members.
• Process and enter customer service requests into internal systems.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with preparing and distributing annual association mailings.
• Draft, transcribe, and type correspondence and other documents.
• Generate and update reports within management systems.
• Maintain office inventory including keys, gate openers, parking permits, rental applications, and related materials.
• Prepare compliance letters as requested by management.
• Support daily office operations and complete additional projects as assigned.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Administrative office experience.
• Experience working with customer service or CRM software.

Work Environment

• Fully onsite in Carlsbad, CA.
• Professional office environment.
• Frequent computer and phone use.
• Occasional travel to local communities using personal transportation.
