Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care. This position offers a 4-day workweek with excellent benefits and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including four-handed dentistry.
Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.
Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene best practices.
Manage inventory by tracking dental supplies and notifying management of shortages.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive patient relationships.
