Logistics Program Coordinator - Clearance Required Job Locations US-NC-Fort Bragg Job ID 2026-14339 # of Openings 1 Benefit Type Salaried High Fringe/Full-Time LMI is seeking a Logistics Program Coordinator to support a Special Operations Command (SOCOM) mission partner with enterprise inventory analysis, equipment readiness, supply chain risk management, sustainment planning, and life-cycle replacement activities. The Logistics Program Coordinator will provide decision-quality logistics data and recommendations to G-4 and G-8 leaders, support resource-requirement development, and improve the accountability, readiness, and distribution of equipment supporting special operations requirements. Responsibilities Provide the G-4 and G-8 with required inventory-analysis data from multiple data repositories and collection locations to support the development of resource requirements for equipment sustainment and life-cycle replacement objectives. Collect, normalize, reconcile, and analyze inventory, readiness, demand, consumption, maintenance, and financial data from multiple authoritative and non-authoritative sources. Develop dashboards, reports, briefings, decision-support products, and recurring analyses that identify equipment readiness trends, inventory imbalances, sustainment requirements, and life-cycle replacement priorities. Employ supply chain risk management strategies to identify, monitor, assess, communicate, and mitigate potential disruptions within the special operations supply chain. Inform organizational Logistics Directors of actual or potential logistics issues and recommend practical, supportable solutions for implementation. Prepare and present equipping-readiness analysis to supported commands during program reviews, resource reviews, synchronization meetings, and other senior-leader engagements. Identify and recommend the disposal, redistribution, or reduction of obsolete, excess, uneconomical, and dormant equipment and inventory. Monitor and coordinate operational project stock levels designated to support special operations requirements. Analyze equipment demand and availability across supported warehouses and recommend cross-leveling actions to improve readiness and reduce unnecessary procurement. Support Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) inspections by analyzing warehouse database inventory and comparing actual on-hand quantities with applicable property, logistics, and reporting systems. Research inventory discrepancies, identify potential root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse, property-accountability, logistics, maintenance, financial-management, and supported-command personnel. Review adjustment and disposition documentation, including Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) packets, Statements of Charges (SOC), and DD Form 1348-series documentation for equipment designated for Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services or other approved disposal channels. Ensure required adjustment, accountability, and disposition documents are complete, accurate, properly staffed, and maintained in accordance with applicable policy and records-management requirements. Participate in user-acceptance and operational-assessment testing for the SPEAR web application to confirm the system can perform required logistics and inventory-management tasks in realistic scenarios and in accordance with approved test scripts. Document test results, identify defects and workflow gaps, validate corrective actions, and provide user feedback to government and technical-development teams. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, data dictionaries, analytical methodologies, inspection files, risk registers, decision logs, and program-management trackers. Coordinate across supported commands, headquarters staff sections, warehouses, program offices, contracting organizations, financial managers, and technical teams to synchronize logistics actions and resolve execution barriers. Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. Minimum of eight years of experience supporting Department of War logistics, supply chain management, inventory management, equipment readiness, property accountability, sustainment, or life-cycle management activities. Experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces, a Special Operations Command organization, or another operationally focused Department of War mission partner. Demonstrated experience conducting enterprise inventory analysis using data from multiple warehouses, databases, systems, or reporting sources. Experience developing logistics, equipping-readiness, sustainment, or resource-requirement analysis for senior military or government leaders. Working knowledge of supply chain risk management principles and mitigation strategies. Experience identifying excess, obsolete, dormant, or uneconomical inventory and recommending cross-leveling, redistribution, turn-in, or disposal actions. Experience supporting Command Supply Discipline Program inspections, inventory reconciliations, or comparable supply and property-accountability reviews. Familiarity with Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss packets, Statements of Charges, DD Form 1348-series documentation, and equipment-disposition processes. Ability to analyze large and complex datasets, identify trends and discrepancies, and translate findings into clear recommendations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders and facilitate cross-functional coordination. Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent priorities, analytical requirements, and stakeholder actions in a high-tempo environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations research, business administration, data analytics, or a related discipline. Prior military service as a logistics officer, warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or senior supply and property-accountability specialist. Experience supporting a G-4, G-8, special operations headquarters, program executive office, or enterprise logistics organization. Hands-on experience with Global Combat Support System-Army, Defense Property Accountability System, Logistics Modernization Program, or comparable Department of War logistics and property systems. Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business-intelligence and data-visualization tools. Experience conducting user-acceptance testing, operational testing, requirements validation, or workflow analysis for logistics software applications. Experience with the SPEAR web application or comparable special operations logistics, inventory, or equipment-readiness tools. Knowledge of special operations equipment sustainment, operational project stocks, rapid fielding, and life-cycle replacement processes. Project Management Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution, or comparable certification.
