Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Claims SpecialistLocation: Dalton, GA
Pay Range: $21-22/hour depending on experience
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) Role Overview: Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an AR/Claims Specialist. Our client located in Dalton, GA is looking for an Accounts Receivable/Claims Specialist to join their team. They are seeking an individual that has 2+ years of AR experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily cash receipts - electronic and checks
- Resolve misapplied/unapplied cash and short or over payments
- Research, verify, and process credits for customer deductions/disputes
- Work with big box retail accounts
- Navigate customer portals
- Work closely with the credit and collections team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AR experience
- Experience with customer portals and big box retail accounts
- Experience resolving misapplied payments
