What You'll Do

• Dispatch and coordinate service technicians
• Manage daily schedules and adjust priorities as needed
• Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
• Order and coordinate parts
• Help keep service calls running efficiently
• Handle scheduling changes and unexpected issues
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Keep information accurate and organized in  ServiceTitan

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Previous  service dispatching experience
• Experience with  parts ordering and coordination
• Proficiency with  Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of  HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations
• Professional phone communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a  fast-paced, busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality

Pay: $27–$30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Onsite position
