Barefoot Hide A Way Grill is seeking friendly and enthusiastic servers to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by delivering attentive and efficient service in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Present menus and explain daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and anticipate guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
