Quality Manager: Manufacturing Excellence & Team Leadership

Flex-N-Gate

Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the quality department, drive improvements, and ensure product quality to specifications. The role focuses on interview, training, development, and discipline of staff, while championing corrective actions and plant-wide quality initiatives. You will collaborate with process engineering, support prototypes, develop data collection systems, and promote strong internal customer service.
