About the Position

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid State License required, Compact license must be in hand at submission Certifications: ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: - Previous experience with patient care and radiation therapy equipment - Proficiency in essential radiation therapy techniques including external beam therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Description: This position requires a dedicated Clienttion Therapist. The therapist will work with pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities include administering radiation treatments and ensuring patient safety. The facility has a robust program that utilizes multiple treatment modalities including brachytherapy and world-class linear accelerators. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of patient care in restraints and interstitial administration. Experience with charting systems is essential. The schedule includes working on holidays and may require weekend shifts. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling requests is important. The successful candidate will contribute to a supportive team environment. Essential skills include effective patient and family teaching. Candidates should be prepared to support patients through various therapies and treatments in a compassionate manner.
