Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $16.00 – $20.00 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to accurately select goods and products from our warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will utilize scanning technology and material handling equipment to maintain maximum facility throughput.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and select products using RF scanners according to order pick lists.

• Transport selected items safely to the packing station using pallet jacks or carts.

• Verify product numbers, descriptions, and quantities against order details.

• Report any damaged goods or inventory shortages to warehouse management.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience as an order picker, warehouse worker, or similar role.

• Familiarity with warehouse RF scanners and tracking software.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
