Position Summary We are currently seeking a PRN Master’s Level Therapist/Clinician to provide therapeutic services to patients, including group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Key Responsibilities Facilitate therapy groups Complete psychosocial assessments Maintain patient, program, department and related documentation Effectively communicate with patient family or patient social support Demonstrate effective discharge planning skills Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills Participate in treatment care planning and help implement the treatment care plan Apply substantial knowledge of therapeutic skills to intervene with behavioral health patients Participate in restraint and seclusion of patients when required Support hospital Service Excellence standards Complete annual and other required training in a timely manner Benefits Challenging and rewarding work environment Career development opportunities Competitive compensation Excellent medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans 401(k) with company match and discounted stock plan Generous paid time off Qualifications Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or a related field required. Licensure preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. Must have strong clinical assessment skills. Addiction recovery and suicide prevention experience preferred.
