Your Key Responsibilities
Apply high-quality spray coatings on parts and components
Work with a wide range of materials: steel, aluminum, plastics
Ensure precision and consistency in finish recovery and final appearance
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet client specifications
What You Bring to the Role
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aerospace or industrial spray painting
Proven expertise in high-quality, priority coating applications
Experience working with multiple substrates (metal and plastic)
Strong eye for detail and commitment to finish excellence
Stable work history: must have been in most recent role for at least 3 years
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
