On-Site Wellness Coach & Screenings Specialist (Contractor)

Workcare is seeking an independent contractor in Crescent City, CA to conduct on-site wellness screenings and provide coaching on mobility, exercise, and health education. The role includes travel up to 50% and requires a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field, plus FMS Level 1 and CPR/AED certifications.
The contractor will perform screenings (FMS, BP, body fat) and offer virtual follow-up coaching for chronic condition management. Data entry for reports is also required.
