This state psychiatric facility provides outpatient primary care services to adult patients requiring coordinated psychiatric and medical care. The facility maintains dedicated primary care and psychiatric support staff to facilitate daily clinical operations and ensure continuity of care. Clinical workflows are structured to support quality patient care delivery within a therapeutic environment.

Macclenny, Florida offers a range of local attractions suited to varied interests. The area features Heritage Park Village, a five-acre collection of historic structures and mini-museums that chronicles the history of Baker County, as well as the Colonial Revival Old County Courthouse, built in 1908, which now serves as the Emily Taber Public Library. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult psychiatric patient population during day shift hours at an on-site state psychiatric facility in Macclenny, Florida. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing medical conditions, and delivering routine healthcare services to support coordinated psychiatric and primary care delivery. The expected caseload is approximately 10 patients per day, with a total patient panel of 70-75 individuals. No call coverage is required for this assignment, and board certification is required.
