Location: Altitude – Franklin Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Altitude in Franklin is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high‑performing team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a safe and fun environment, and driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting. Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience Oversee day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed consistently Monitor park flow, staffing levels, and guest capacity Team Leadership & Staffing Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members Schedule staff to meet operational needs and manage labor effectively Motivate employees and foster a positive, team‑oriented work culture Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback Financial & Administrative Duties Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Support sales initiatives, memberships, parties, and events Facility & Safety Management Ensure equipment and facilities are well‑maintained and operational Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors as needed Enforce company safety standards and respond to incidents appropriately Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in an active, high‑energy environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities Fun, energetic work environment Employee perks and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
