Summary The Client Specialist supports the Home department at the Willowbrook location, delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise. Responsibilities Greet and engage clients, delivering personalized product recommendations for home merchandise. Drive individual and team sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the salesfloor is organized and well stocked. Process sales transactions, returns, and client services accurately. Build and maintain client records and follow up to cultivate repeat business. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
