Duties
Help
- Conducts instructor-led training, webinars, and blended learning sessions in accordance with agency instructional standards.
- Develops detailed lesson plans, instructional aids, and course materials in alignment with standardized training requirements.
- Administers pre-tests, quizzes, and post-assessments to evaluate knowledge acquisition.
- Maintains accurate records of student attendance, participation, and test results in accordance with agency requirements.
- Collaborates with supervisors, training managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and scheduling requirements.
