Overview TriStar Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse – Ortho Specialty to deliver high-quality orthopedic care. In this role, you’ll provide post-operative and acute care to orthopedic patients, perform assessments, manage pain, monitor neurovascular status, and support early mobility and rehabilitation. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
