Runner PT- Kumi Restaurant

Job Description

Job Summary:

Runner/Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Runner/Bussers also help help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

Busser/Runner Functions:

Be a core team member in our high energy restaurant
Ensure food is delivered quickly and correctly
Clean and reset tables, refill water, and re-stock glassware
Clean and stock restrooms
Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
Be Genuine and authentically yourself in how you engage with others – show your personality!

Essential Functions:

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to include weekends, nights, and some holidays
