Laborer / Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Muncy, PA

Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer/Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team in Muncy, PA. This role is responsible for loading and unloading machines, transporting materials and products throughout the facility, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily material handling operations. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and finished products
• Load and unload production machines
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform material handling and warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MUNCY, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
