Qualifications Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (study materials and state fees provided). Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (Relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered). Compensation & Growth 1099 independent contractor role (self‑employed, not a W‑2 employee). 100% commission‑based compensation with uncapped earnings. Optional weekly draw available.
