Role and Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring safety, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Support patient comfort and collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care. Position RN - Med Surg Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, current BLS certification, and valid national and state licensure. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential. Key Duties Deliver direct patient care during 8-hour shifts. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Utilize skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation. Participate in team collaboration and patient advocacy. Assist with planning and coordinating patient discharge and follow-up care.
