Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care travel assignment in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Start date 09/02/2026 for 9 weeks, weekly pay $749-$818, guaranteed hours 36 per week, shift is night hours (18:00–06:30) on a 3x12 schedule. This position is in a skilled nursing facility setting and is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and facility policy
- Monitor residents’ condition, document observations, and report changes to supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and shift handovers
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care and vital sign monitoring as trained
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the resident electronic medical record

Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing (state of New Mexico or appropriate multi-state licensure)
- Ability to work night shift 18:00–06:30
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must meet general health and safety requirements and onboarding standards
