As part of our dynamic team, you will assist clients and healthcare professionals in navigating our health technology solutions in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding health technology products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Guide customers through product features, usage, and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Assist healthcare professionals in understanding and utilizing health technology solutions effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to provide precise assistance.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general IT applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
