Exceptional ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when working with UHNW clientele. Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier candidates for family office positions. Keen understanding of the unique nuances and requirements involved in recruiting for UHNW environments. Strong judgment and decision-making skills to effectively navigate the complexities of UHNW recruiting. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 8+ years of recruitment experience in UHNW environments, family offices, or private wealth. Proven track record of confidential executive placements within family offices. Deep understanding of family office operations and staffing requirements.
