Job Description
Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Lincoln team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry)
• Supervise/mentorjunior staff
• Afterperforming advanced structural analyses, present findings in clear,comprehensive reports
• Assistwith the production of a project when needed
• Ensuredelivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and projectobjectives
• Ensureseamless project integration and promote efficiencies through closecollaboration with cross-functional teams
• Assistwith the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineeringactivities within the team
• Assistwith business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Mastersdegree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) ispreferred, but not required
• PELicense
• 10+ yearsof relevant experience
• Experienceutilizing structural design and drafting software packages
• Proficientin Autodesk Revit

Salary is commensurate with experience.
