Job Summary:
As a Concierge at White Oaks Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate and facilitate resident activities, events, and outings
Ensure that resident rooms are clean and comfortable, and that supplies are stocked and available
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, respect, and compassion
Requirements:
0 years of experience (or equivalent education and training) in a healthcare or customer service setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
