Responsibilities

• Clinic Schedule Management: Prepare patient schedules in advance to ensure seamless operations.
• Room patients, including documenting medical records with precision.
• Manage clinic flow to keep patient care running smoothly.
• Surgery Schedule Support: Scheduling & Managing Surgery Schedules, Assist in gathering medical clearances and surgery scheduling details, Ensure patients feel informed and prepared before and after their procedures.
• Patient Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and providers, addressing clinical questions promptly. Follow up on patient tasks to ensure their needs are met with excellence.
• Administrative Support: Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR), team chat platforms, and shared resources for communication and documentation. Access and apply internal guides to complete administrative tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Flexibility and a positive attitude toward traveling to satellite clinic locations.
• Preferred: Proficiency in using EHR systems. Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Familiarity with oculoplastic or ophthalmic procedures and terminology.
