**Shipping & Receiving Supervisor** **Position Summary** We are seeking a hands-on **Shipping & Receiving Supervisor** to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and team leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating freight, maintaining efficient warehouse processes, and ensuring a safe, organized, and productive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate all inbound and outbound LTL and truckload (TL) shipments. + Schedule deliveries and ensure timely receipt and shipment of materials. + Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and lead a small warehouse team. + Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and documentation of inventory. + Collaborate with internal departments to support production and material flow. + Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment. + Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. + Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency. **Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment. + Experience coordinating LTL and truckload freight shipments. + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures. + Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. + Forklift experience and familiarity with material handling equipment. + Working knowledge of UPS and Fed Ex Shipping software + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based inventory systems. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
