Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health

Case info

The patient is a 23 year old female with a G-tube and a non-invasive vent. Assist with feeds, daily and nighttime routines, and accompany her on outings. The patient is a recent college graduate starting her masters program. Supportive home with private space for charting.

Requirements

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
