About Cannon Exteriors

We're seeking driven, relationship-focused sales representatives who want to control their own income while solving real problems for homeowners. Whether you're a seasoned in-home sales professional or a motivated go-getter looking to break into a lucrative industry, we provide the tools, leads, and ongoing coaching you need. In this role, you'll inspect properties, educate homeowners on roofing and siding solutions, and guide them through retail replacements or the insurance claims process, backed by a strong operational team, industry-leading manufacturers, and leadership committed to your success.

Key Responsibilities

•   Generate and manage sales opportunities through company leads, local networking, referrals, and strategic self-prospecting

•   Conduct professional roof, siding, and gutter inspections, including climbing ladders and walking roofs

•   Identify storm damage and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration claims process when applicable

•   Prepare and deliver clear, tailored sales proposals

•   Build trust through honest communication and exceptional customer service

•   Maintain accurate lead and customer records within the company CRM

•   Collaborate with production and office staff to ensure smooth execution from contract to build

Qualifications

•   Minimum 2 years of general sales experience, or 1 year in construction/in-home sales (preferred)

•   Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting exterior/roof inspections

•   Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Northeast Ohio

•   Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate homeowner schedules

•   Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and highly coachable
