Administrative Support Specialist

Delta Dallas

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data and CRM Contractor to support a tax-focused organization during its busiest and most impactful season. In this role, you will work hands-on with business personal property data generated from tax software and ensure accurate, high-quality updates within the CRM system. Your work will directly support new business opportunities and contribute to the organization’s overall success. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven work, accuracy, and supporting a team in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include: Reviewing county-level business personal property data and updating records in the CRM Creating new prospect accounts and building polished, complete CRM profiles Identifying discrepancies or major valuation changes and flagging them for review Ensuring accounts are fully “prospect ready” for the business development team Collaborating with team members and asking clarifying questions when needed Supporting leadership on key projects that drive operational success Assisting with additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry , administrative support , CRM work, or similar detail-oriented roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to quickly learn new software platforms (CRM systems, data tools, etc.) Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and spotting anomalies Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Proven reliability and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Dallas
