50/50 Hematology & Oncology mix
$550k Base Salary + RVU incentives
Flexible 23 year guarantee structure

MD or DO with completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology & Oncology
Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
