Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Shift Lead to join our team at Pensacola International Airport. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in food safety and team performance. This role requires open availability and a career-minded individual ready to lead by example in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and portion control standards.
Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing staff.
Manage cash handling and money management procedures accurately.
Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Ensure punctuality and reliability of all team members.
Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff to achieve operational goals.
Assist management with scheduling, inventory control, and daily reporting as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven management experience in a food service or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and portion control.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
Experience with money management and cash handling procedures.
Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Friendly and approachable with a team-oriented mindset.
Open availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
