You’ll own the front end of the repair journey— assessing damage, building accurate estimates, setting timelines, and championing the customer while negotiating fair outcomes with insurers. Build the plan: Estimate labor/parts, document procedures, and set realistic timelines. Own the paperwork: Prepare insurer documentation and repair cost estimates. Be the translator: Explain damage, costs, and next steps to customers in plain language. Kick off repairs: Draft work orders and enter repairs in CollisionRight’s system (CCC). Track the story: Keep thorough, organized records from intake to delivery. What You Bring 1–3 years in collision repair/estimating with solid knowledge of processes, techniques, and materials. Strong understanding of vehicle structure and R&R (doors, glass, fenders, etc.). Negotiation savvy with insurers and a customer-first mindset. Sharp attention to detail; follow-through on written and verbal instructions. Safety-first approach and consistent PPE use. Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs routinely and occasionally 70+ lbs ; comfortable with climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing as needed. Hand/arm dexterity to reach, handle, and feel components during inspections. Thrives in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
