Technician Supervisor – VCA Sawmill Animal Hospital Location: Columbus, OH About Our Hospital VCA Sawmill Animal Hospital is a 9‑doctor practice providing high‑quality veterinary care including preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and client education. Now that our renovation is complete, our facility features 10 exam rooms, 2 surgical suites, a dental procedure room, new CT imaging services, a state‑of‑the‑art physical therapy department, and an updated grooming department. You will work alongside our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to provide mentorship, ensure the hospital runs efficiently, and foster a winning environment. In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to: Implementing department policies and procedures. Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings. Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs. Interviewing, training, and mentoring new and existing staff. Delivering employee performance feedback. Monitoring day‑to‑day activities and engaging with support staff. Schedule Full‑time opportunity, 4 × 10‑hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
