M & F Auto Sales is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a well-established dealership known for exceptional customer service and a wide selection of quality pre-owned vehicles. As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing process while creating an outstanding buying experience. Success in this role requires excellent communication, teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
• Build rapport by listening to customers' needs, wants, and budget to recommend the best vehicle options.
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle features, pricing, availability, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Work closely with the Sales Desk and Finance Department to structure deals and determine financing options.
• Utilize DealerSocket CRM/Podium daily to manage leads, return phone calls, respond to emails and text messages, document customer interactions, and complete follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the BDC team by reviewing customer notes, appointments, and communication history.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records throughout the sales process.
• Collect and submit all required paperwork accurately and within 72 hours.
• Personally introduce every sold customer to the Service Department, including the Service Manager and staff, to create a seamless ownership experience.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions.
• Present and explain the M & F Auto Sales Referral Program to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Maintain above-average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Attend all mandatory sales meetings, Saturday meetings, and scheduled training sessions.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and maintaining a dependable attendance record.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (sales experience required).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, dependable, and professional with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
